April 22, 2026 | 7:00 PM

What does it look like to build a career when there isn't a roadmap?

That question anchored our inaugural panel, where five Gen Z women from across the media industry shared the realities of creating opportunities, navigating uncertainty and forging careers on their own terms.

Spanning content creation, filmmaking, public relations, journalism and television news, the conversation highlighted the lessons, pivots and resilience required to build a life without waiting for permission.

The conversation featured Atlanta-based content creator and founder of Sisters in the City, Sierra; digital marketer, filmmaker and YouTuber Danielle; publicist and media correspondent Nadia; television news producer Cayla; and content writer and media correspondent Meché.
